Scenario 1
*
This field is required.
A visitor comes up to the tasting bar looking both intrigued and slightly overwhelmed. How do you approach her?
You trust and go right into the script given to you, it has been tested and refined over 5 years and on hundreds of thousands of people to fit all types.
You say nothing, but show her a bowl of dried insects with a look of challenge in your eyes. People who come here like to be shocked, otherwise they would go to a regular museum.
You start off with a light joke “You look hungry!”, and wait for their response to gauge both their preferred language and in what state of mind they seem to be, before deciding how to best continue.
You go for a neutral tone “Would you like to try something?” and leave the decision up to the visitor.

This field is required.
A project was completed with outstanding results, and your manager comes up and gives you praise. What do you do?
Take the praise with your head held high, you are awesome and deserve every bit of recognition!
You accept the praise, but not before mentioning everyone who helped you along the way first.
You downplay your own contribution, highlighting your colleagues' efforts instead.
You deflect the praise. You did not do it for the praise, but for the sense of completion it gives you to do a job well done.

Scenario 3
*
This field is required.
You had an idea about a Christmas event you wanted to do and were given the go ahead from your manager to take responsibility for it. At the beginning all seemed to work according to plan, but as time went on you realized it would be hard to meet the posted deadline. What do you do?
Work harder and in your spare time if needed, it was your idea and it is your responsibility to finish the project.
Ask management for guidance. Although the responsibility is yours, we are a team and it will hurt the business if the project does not finish on time.
Ask a co-worker for help. The management team has a lot on their table and it is better to finish the project and share the credit, than burden them.
Do what you can in the time left. It is better the event happens at all than getting lost in the details and not being able to finish the project, even if it means lower quality.

Scenario 4
*
This field is required.
A visitor comes up to you and loudly exclaims “Ugh, they eat anything over there!”. How do you respond?
Laugh and chime in “They sure do!”.
You say something along the lines of “Interesting how that works right? Did you know this thing from our culture is one of the most vomit inducing things in here?”.
You dig deep in your well trained knowledge of the thing they are referring to and state “Well, actually..” before going into all the details around the food in question.
You say nothing. People are allowed their own opinions, you are here to educate, not debate.

This field is required.
You spot a visibly stressed out mother trying to console a crying child. What do you do?
You go up to them and ask if you can do something for them, perhaps a refund could help?
You go up to them and ask if you can do something for them, perhaps a piece of candy could help?
You go up to them and ask if you can do something for them.
You laugh and try to diffuse the situation with: “Haha, this is not for the weak-hearted!”
