I went to Sweden from Japan to visit this time-limited museum. I was able to watch the attractive disgusting foods from all over the world. I expected how smelly the Swedish “surströmming” and durians were. but surprisingly they were not so bad for me. and I was surprised that “Wasabi taste KitKat” was exhibited as Japanese disgusting foods. I remembered the words of the friend living in NY that the smell of baking fish is frightful bad odor, and the Turkish friend said a smell of “the bonito broth” is so stinky. Both of them are appetizing good smell in Japan. It is very interesting that an unpleasant food’s smell and the disgusting foods are different by feeling of person and by country. It was surprise and a happy time of new discovery. Thanks a lot, Samuel and all staffs!
